TONY

Positon: Director
Our director Tony founded Keralton Plumbing in 1990. He has over 45 years experience in the industry and can tell you a story or two about the ‘good old plumbing days’. He has seen the industry come a long way in that time.
Tony’s passion for plumbing is shown through his work ethic and knowledge that he now passes down to his sons and son in law.
It takes a great leader to make a successful company and Keralton Plumbing are lucky to be lead by one of the best

SHANE

Positon: Project Manager
Starting in the plumbing game over 20 years ago, and being guided and trained by father Tony, Shane is a passionate plumber who knows a thing or two about the Industry.
Shane is a current Project Manager at Keralton Plumbing. Be sure to say hi if you see him out on site, currently managing Holmes Apartments and The Point.

DANIAL

Position: Project Manager
Dan has been with Keralton for over 20 years. Now a Project Manager, Dan loves the plumbing game and it’s importance to everyday living. It also helps that he loves being able to work outdoors a lot of the time.
After a football injury at the age of 20, Dan put his spare time into his plumbing work, working away with his father, Tony, running a project at a large shopping centre complex in Bacchus Marsh. It was here he could really learn and develop his skills, helping him to become the plumber he is today.
Dan is currently managing the Victorian Pride Centre, Living Carlton 7A, Parkview, 600 Church Street and ACMI. Say hi if you see him around

CLINT

Position: Construction Manager
Joining the Keralton Plumbing team 20 years ago, Clint has progressed from an apprentice plumber, qualified plumber, foreman, project manager to now be the Operations Manager.
Clint was initially attracted to the plumbing game as he wanted a trade for future income security. Working outdoors and hands-on also appealed to him.
As Operations Manager, Clint stresses that a great team needs the plumbers/ workforce to be passionate and treat the business as their own, not just working for a paycheck. He is keen to see the business grow in size to continue to be competitive with our target market of large scale projects.
A good positive attitude and determination sees Clint succeeding in his new role and helping shape the future of Keralton Plumbing.

LUKE

Position: Estimator
Starting with Keralton Plumbing in 1999, Luke, or ‘Chops’ as he is known, is director Tony’s youngest Son.
He loves all aspects of plumbing and the variety each day brings. Chops loves a challenge and tackling each challenge ‘head on’ (much like the way he plays football).

He is passionate about his career development and stepping up to new roles within the business. Currently the Project Manager of Keralton’s largest ever Project, Seasons, Chops is loving the ‘Big Scale’ stuff and leading such a large team. He likes to build rapport with the Builders and other trades, and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty if it’s required (back in the day, his specialty was inground drains). Chops is also currently working on 2 Aged Care facilities, Baptcare in Templestowe and Mercy Place in Montrose.

Looking back on the last 20 years, working on the Casey Medical Centre was a stand out project- it was something completely different to previous projects and helped expand his experience in the industry.

Chops is keen to see the growth of Keralton, and with his loyalty and work ethic, hopefully the next generation of the family can join in the business one day.

CHANTELLE

Position: General Manager
Meet the ‘boss lady’ at Keralton. Chantelle is the daughter of Director, Tony and an important part of the Keralton Team as the Office/ Finance/ General Manager.
Starting with the company at the age of 15, Chantelle has always had a hand in helping grow and develop the business. Chantelle had previously worked at the Warragul Country Club as the Office Manager before moving to WHK to pursue a career in Financial Planning, but it was the family business the drew her in and now occupies most of her time.
She said the toughest and the most rewarding part of her job is working for a family business. “You’re always working regardless of the time, but then, I get to have the flexibly of spending time with my daughters, whether that’s bring them to the office or coming in late because they have something on”.
It’s not unusual to see a kid or two around the office, with 11 potential plumbing apprentices in the family! Chantelle’s youngest daughter was a regular in the office from 6 weeks old- just one of the benefits of working in the family business.
Working alongside her Father, Brothers and Husband certainly creates a unique working environment, however, when everyone puts in the hard work, it’s nice to be able to share in the company success together.
We won’t be seeing Chantelle on-site any time soon, although she does claim to know how to stop a the toilet from running!
